Delivery Policy

At Skin Origin, we work hard to dispatch your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually dispatched on the same day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched on the next day.
• Depending on order volume, some orders placed after 4:00 PM may still be dispatched on the same day.

Delivery Time

• Chattogram & Dhaka: 1-2  days
• Outside Chattogram & Dhaka: 2-3 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

• Chattogram: BDT 60
• Dhaka: BDT 100
• Outside Chattogram & Dhaka: BDT 120
