Refund & Return Policy

At Skin Origin, we carefully inspect every order before shipping. Please read our policy below before placing an order.

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product arrives damaged or defective.

Please check your order in front of the delivery person. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, notify us immediately while the courier is present.

Unfortunately, we may not be able to accept claims made after the courier has left.

Refunds

If you pay advance, your refund will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before enter processing.

Once your order is confirmed and processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible. In many cases, parcels are handed over to the courier shortly after confirmation.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before it enters the processing stage.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer places an order and refuses to receive it without a valid reason, Skin Origin reserves the right to take appropriate action, including limiting or refusing future orders from that customer.
